It’s been a big year at BOYNE.
In case you haven’t heard yet, Boyne Resorts added four new resorts to the fold. Three in New England- Sugarloaf, Sunday River and Loon Mountain and one outside of Seattle- The Summit at Snoqualmie. These additions have vaulted Boyne into a position as the leading owner/operator of ski resorts in the United States. Significant snowmaking enhancements at Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands are nearing completion and numerous other enhancements have been made. We’ll get into the details of these and what they mean to you in later posts. Right now I’m going to introduce you to the most minor enhancement to the BOYNE experience- This blog.
It was decided that a blog would be a good idea. There is a lot to offer at BOYNE. Unfortunately, so much that it can be difficult to convey all there is to know with a traditional marketing approach. As an employee of Boyne, I have always found myself filling in friends and family about the ins and outs of the resorts. This info has ranged from trivia, to anecdotes, to travel advice, to equipment recommendations, dinner reservations, etc, etc. As it turns out, this is a common theme within the company. If you’ve ever visited us, you have probably experienced some friendly interaction with an employee who helped you find your way, or gave you a tip that really put things over the top. That’s what this blog is here for...in it's own small way. We’re going to try to keep this entertaining too.
Check back often. We're looking forward to talking with you.
