Trick or Treat!

Ski season is even closer than the election, even if it hasn’t gotten equal air time. Normally autumn is a great time to shift focus and tuck the clubs away for a long winter’s nap. It’s a time to start watching the skies, weather reports and Farmer’s Almanac. But this year the political fracas has been so loud that it’s been hard to see anything beyond Election Day. Thanks to our friends at Sunday River, you don’t have to see that far into the future to see white.

You may have missed it, but New England isn’t red, or blue- it’s decidedly white this time of year. So white, that Sunday River will be opening the slopes on Halloween.  If you show up in a costume you can ski free.
That’s scary!

It’s scary because many of us have forgotten to do our wall-sits and our squat racks are still being used for air-drying the delicate laundry.  Don’t look at me- I’m a “professional”.  That means I got started a whopping 6 days ago. It's really got me in the Halloween spirit- I'm moaning and shrieking in agony. I’ve got the perfect posture and stride too...to play the hunchback.

Hunch, shuffle, lurch shuffle.

We’ve got a little time left to get ready in BOYNE Country. You might want to find a new place to hang your laundry.
