Nope, we don't leave it to chance – as you can see from the "selective snowstorms" we have going in this photo I snapped this morning.
Even though Mother Nature has blessed us with regular doses of natural snow for the last couple of weeks, that doesn't necessarily satisfy us. And with the single-digit temperatures we have had at night, we are able to compete quite well with the nature lady in terms of quality. Not to offend her, though, we like to think of it as a friendly partnership – not a competition. The upcoming weekend looks to be one of the best sliding experiences of the year, what with the surfaces being buffed to perfection right now, and comfortable daytime temperatures in the high 20's forecast for the weekend. Come and soak up the fun!
