A Party By Any Other Name...

A lot of people are confused about the whole Krazy Daze/Carnival Weekend nomenclature. Countless people have been through the ski shops down-state preparing to go to “Crazy Days at Boyne Mountain.”  It’s been that way for years.

So in the interest of clarification:
Carnival is the wild on-snow party at Boyne Mountain.  Think CarniVOL, like Rio- NOT Carnival with popcorn balls, clowns and tilt-a-whirls.  Boyne Highlands’ Krazy Daze is a little more like that.  It has plenty of wild 21 and over events and great after-ski parties, but it also features the Kids Spring Fling. (No, that is not a contest to see how far you can toss a misbehaving child.) All-in-all, it's not quite as crazy an atmosphere as CarniVOL. and there is a real emphasis on kid’s fun.  You will definitely find more dazed individuals at the Mountain.

Dazed and Confused? Just remember this: CarniVOL is a little bit crazier than Krazy Daze, which is little more carnival-like than CarniVOL.

Got it?  What’s not to get when the naming is so intuitive?  And who cares about labels anyway?
Just hop in your Ford 500 er, Taurus and get here.
