Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in & check-out takes place at the Main Lodge Front Desk for all accommodations.
- Check-in for the Main Lodge & Bartley House is after 5PM & check-out is by 1PM.
- Check-in for the Heather Highlands Inn is after 6PM & check-out is by 1PM.
- Check-in for Alpine Village, Ross Cottages, townhouse & house units is after 6PM & check-out is by 11AM.
- Credit card imprint required for check-in. Express check-out is available.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
A deposit of one night's room rental or $100 per person for package reservations is required to confirm your reservation. Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount. Cancellations received seven 7 or more days prior to your arrival date will allow a refund of your deposit minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received within seven 7 days of arrival require forfeiture of the entire deposit. Cancellation of your lodging accommodations will also result in the automatic cancellation of any tee times booked in conjunction with those accommodations. Special event cancellation policies may exist, please ask your reservationist.
Housekeeping
All hotel accommodations receive daily housekeeping services. Heather Highlands Inn, Ross Cottages, Alpine Village, townhouses & houses do not receive daily housekeeping service. Complete housekeeping services may be arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee and are based on availability.
Package Pricing
All packages are charged per person, and are based on a minimum number of occupants varying from two 2 to eight 8 people and dependent upon the type of accommodations reserved. A supplemental charge will be assessed in the event that this criterion is not met. If the number of guests in your unit changes, this may result in a change in the package price. Please notify a reservations agent prior to arrival to reconfirm your package price.
Golf Packages, Tee Times & Additional Charges
Greens fee surcharges & houseguest charges are not included in your package price. You will be required to sign for your surcharges & houseguest charges at the pro shop before your scheduled tee time. A schedule of golf tee times & charges was included with your confirmation letter. Please verify your tee times & charges immediately. All courses follow a dress code including collared shirts with sleeves and walking shorts or dress slacks. BOYNE Golf Policies.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed.
Snowmobile Policy
Michigan state law prohibits operation of private snowmobiles on resort property. Please phone reservations for information about area trail access and to arrange special parking.
