As a professional meeting planner, one of the highlights of my year is coordinating the annual Internal Medicine meeting at The Inn at Bay Harbor. The Inn at Bay Harbor provides the perfect size venue for professional meetings of up to 100 attendees. I appreciate the advantages of being the only group on site and the always gracious and helpful staff certainly contributes to our returning year after year. The expanded spa and newly added salon just add to the already wonderful amenities of this friendly, but very elegant property. These amenities include the highly rated Bay Harbor Golf Course, which our physician attendees can't wait to play in the afternoons. The many choices of accommodations are also a plus and vary from large suites and "cottages" to smaller, more romantic rooms with fireplaces and balconies; perfect for watching the sun set over Lake Michigan.

We held our Credit Union Planning Conference at The Inn at Bay Harbor, aside from being a beautiful facility, the staff was fantastic! They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. We decided at the last minute to have lunch catered and brought to our meeting room instead of doing lunch on our own at the restaurants. The staff was very accommodating to put together lunch for us in such a short time! We will be back next year for our Planning Conference! Thank you!!

This year our corporation hosted it's annual Invitational golf tournament for 50 of our top customers at The Inn at Bay Harbor. The Inn lived up to it's reputation of providing excellent accommodations for our guests. The staff were outstanding and the property provided exceptional value, with great food, wine and atmosphere. Golf at the Bay Harbor Golf Club and The Heather course provided challenging golf with great views.
