Thank you all very much for all of the help you offered to us to make our trip the best it could possibly be. We got a lot of compliments from guests about everything from accommodations, to food, flexibility within the schedule, activities offered, and staff (especially the zipline tour guides – extremely friendly and fun). I had several comments from individual people on our trip that said they are going to plan individual family getaways to Boyne as a result of the weekend.

" Well those of us who attended the BCBSM Corporate Summer Meetings at Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa are able to say, without a doubt we were "wow'd. In the areas of registration procedure, room cleanliness, staff helpfulness, resort conditions and overall food quality, we came away with a 100 percent satisfaction level. That is a hard number in anyone’s book to meet, but after three power-packed days at Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa, we can testify that our stay was overall a wonderful experience. Laura is just the best; she not only attends to every detail, she anticipates details I hadn’t even thought of…..she is everywhere and all over it. The meeting she puts together for us with the entire team before our event is extremely beneficial. I felt that every Boyne employee was committed to executing a great MDVA event.
Most exceptional this year was the personal attention from everyone I interacted with during my entire stay. Even though your property accommodates large numbers of guests, I was made to feel like I was the only one and everyone was working just for me!
