Donations Request

Thank you for your interest in BOYNE!  We proudly contribute to hundreds of special events and organizations each year.

If your organization would like to submit a request to BOYNE's Michigan resorts and operations, including Boyne Mountain, Boyne Highlands, The Inn at Bay Harbor - A Renaissance Golf Resort, Bay Harbor Golf Club, Crooked Tree Golf Club, Solace Spa, Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark and Boyne Country Sports please complete the online form below. 

Due to the large volume of donation requests submitted to BOYNE, all requests must be made online and inquiries sent via telephone, email, fax, or otherwise cannot be considered. 

In order to be eligible for an in-kind donation from BOYNE, your request must be the following criteria:

  1. The receiving organization must be a non-profit 501(c)(3) classification
  2. Requests must be submitted at least eight weeks prior to the fundraising event
  3. All fields must be fully completed in order to be considered.

A message regarding our decision to grant or decline the donation request will be sent via email within 4 weeks of submission.
