  • - *Information Systems Coordinator Corporate
    Information Systems Coordinator will provide desktop PC support to BOYNE Resorts team members and customers.  Candidate will also troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair/replace: desktop computers, point of sale computers/terminals, printers, credit card swipe systems, audio/visual equipment, telephones and accessories.  Normal work days are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, but may require some weekends, nights and holidays.  Office location will begin at Boyne Highlands, but may move to another MI resort location. Travel between MI resorts required.  

    Candidate is required to have a minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.  Desire a 2 or 4-year degree in a computer field or 2 years related work experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems including Windows 2000 or later required.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Networking and TCP/IP and Microsoft Office 2003 (or later) software programs preferred. Must have ability to learn the operation and maintenance of complex computer systems and work independently.  A+ certification and Microsoft Professional or higher certifications is preferred.

  • - *Reservation Agent Corporate
    Reservation agents are responsible for selling Michigan lodging and activities, along with providing guests with information on the local area and recreational options.  Individuals must be able to work four rotating days per week 12pm-10pm, which includes weekends and holidays.     
    Strong salesmanship and cross-selling skills are required along with maintaining strong knowledge of products, features and benefits. Tasks include booking reservations, confirmations, posting of guest deposits, running group reports, monitoring internet bookings, completing weekly task assignments and fulfilling other duties as assigned by reservations manager or supervisor. 
    Accurately quote rates as posted by the revenue manager and maintain complete knowledge of  Boyne's Best Deals.  Must maintain high quality of service to each and every person while using proper verbiage and utilizing appropriate phone etiquette.  Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, have excellent memorization skills and be able to maintain the highest level of accuracy and detail in a fast paced environment.  Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.  Prefer prior customer service, golf and ski experience.
