Middle Earth Ski and Snowboard Series

1/23/09 to 1/25/09

This event filled weekend starts with a boardercross and skiercross competition on Friday, January 23 at Boyne Highlands.  On Saturday the contestants will move to the terrain park where skiers and riders will show their best tricks on a series of jumps and obstacles.  On Sunday, January 25, competitors will drop in on a halfpipe event.  All Middle Earth competitions are qualifying events for Nationals to be held in April at Copper Mountain, Colorado.  Competitors earn points over the course of the season in order to punch their ticket to Copper.
