Enjoy a gourmet dinner paired with unique beers from Short's Brewing Company. Boyne Highlands' Executive Chef, Edgar Jacobs, constructs fabulous meals consisting of fresh ingredients and an artful presentation to enhance the night's beverage pairings. A brewmaster joins in the evening and shares their knowledge and experience. The evening begins at 6 p.m. Event is $30 per person and includes hors d'oeuvres, dinner and preselected alcoholic plus non-alcoholic beverages and brewmaster presentation. Additional beverages are available for purchase. Tax and gratuity not included.
