Beat the winter blues, blast away holiday weight gain, and build a strong foundation of fitness for life!  This year's "Biggest Loser" will actually be Solace Spa's first THINNER WINNER.
This program stands out because of the accountability factor and the "out of the box" ways to keep you excited about working out.

January 29 through March 9, 2012

Program Details:  

  • Welcome Meeting, Weigh-In, and Program Details with Trainer Sara - Sunday, 1/29 at 1pm
  • 6 Weeks (January 29 through March 9)
  • 3 Weekly Group Training Sessions available for program participants (Tuesdays at 6:30pm, Thursdays at 1pm, and Thursdays at 6:30pm)
  • Unlimited Spa Facility Access for duration of the 6 week program (Including all daily fitness classes, gym, pool, and locker rooms)
  • A chance to win a weekly prize or the final grand prize; even better, the title of Thinner Winner

How to Play and Win 

Each participant will be provided with a log in sheet for each week, these sheets can be turned in weekly for a chance to win "participation prizes". At the end of the competition all log in sheets will be calculated and points will be added along with final weigh in stats. This year’s point system is different than ever before and will keep the race to "Thinner Winner" very exciting. For the first time the grand prize winner may not be the person who has just lost the most pounds and inches, but rather the person who has made the biggest dedication to exercise! Imagine earning points for attending classes, leading a group workout, doing a weekly weigh in, organizing a fitness event, attending trainer sessions, or for just making an appearance in the gym every day. A list of activities and their accumulative points will be given out at the welcome meeting.
  
*Trainer time this year will include 1 afternoon session per week with Bob Perish and 2 evening sessions with Sara Kessler.
 

  • Tuesdays  -  6:30pm - 7:30pm, Trainer Sara
  •  Thursdays - 1:00pm - 2:00pm, Trainer Bob
  •  Thursdays - 6:30pm - 7:30pm, Trainer Sara

In addition, program participants are welcome to enjoy any of the regularly scheduled fitness classes during the program challenge.
  
Participants will be responsible for the first weigh in and official meeting on Sunday, January 29 at 1pm.  After that the game begins and will wrap up with all participants having a final weigh in and point calculation by Friday, March 9.
