Sue Engstrom teacher this 4 week course (2 days / week) where you will learn how to use Pilates principles with all of your activities. Focus will be on Pilates core strength using the Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, chair) as well as floor, interval heart rate challenges, and functional movements to challenge all muscle groups. This program is limited to a maximum of 4 participants, allowing you to receive personal instruction from the trainer.
- May Course runs from 5/8 through 5/31
- All classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm
- All participants receive spa facility access on the day of class
- Course Cost: $125 (Solace Spa Member); $225 (Non-Member)
