Join author and hypnotherapist, Rena Greenberg, in her effective and empowering weight loss seminar.  The motivational two-hour program combines the power of hypnosis, NLP and behavior modification.  Participants learn how to lose weight without feelings of deprivation or denial in one convenient session and eliminate unproductive habits such as overeating, bingeing, snacking and emotional eating.  The program includes a powerful hypnotic session and seminar, Rena Greenberg’s 8-week online course -"Transform Your Life with Self-Hypnosis, behavior modification booklet, home rein­forcement CD, and unlimited free repetitions of the hypnosis for one full year if needed. 

Participants receive one day pass for complimentary admission to Solace Spa, which includes access to relaxation lounges, locker, robe and sandals, whirlpool, steam room and cedar sauna, spa pool courtyard, state-of-the-art fitness facilities and any group exercise classes scheduled for the day.  A 10% discount on any spa or salon services at Solace Spa is also extended to program participants.

Seminar begins at 10 am on Saturday, September 29 and registration is $69 per person.
