Tee Time Policies
- CCB Member Tee Time Policy
There are no restrictions when booking tee times for CCB Members. However, if booking at Bay Harbor, and have reciprocity they may only book 30 days in advance in the member's block of times. If the member has no reciprocity, they are to be booked following the houseguest guidelines. - BHGC Member Tee Time Policy
BHGC members are restricted to a 30 day policy (in the member's block) when making reservations, and are limited to two tee times on weekends, between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Special requests may be considered; however we ask that they contact the Head Golf Professional, and/or Director of Golf. - Guests of Members
CCB Member's guests will receive a special Member's Guest Rate when accompanied by the Member. Peak season rates are $60 for the Hills and Heather, $50 for Ross, Moor, Crooked Tree, Alpine and Monument courses. Unaccompanied guests of a Member will pay current non-houseguest rates unless staying at a Boyne owned or managed facility. In this case an unaccompanied guest would pay the current houseguest rate. - BHGC Member's guests will receive a special Member's Guest Rate when accompanied by the member. Peak season rates are $99. Seasonal discount may apply.
- CCB Members Block
Blocks of tee times have been reserved for Members-Only use on a variety of CCB courses. Members are not restricted to these tee times but are encouraged to book on the member blocks when available. All unreserved CCB tee times will be released to the general public 48 hours in advance. - CCB Members guidelines to Bay Harbor Tee Times
CCB Members not on the BHGC reciprocal plan are restricted to the non-member course. CCB Members will pay the current houseguest rate, as do their accompanied guest. - CCB Members with Bay Harbor Reciprocal Membership
CCB Members on the reciprocal plan enjoy the same member tee time policy the BHGC Members follow. - Bay Harbor Members
All Bay Harbor Members have a reciprocal membership to CCB and will follow the CCB Member tee time booking policy. - CCB Social Members
Social Members will pay the current houseguest rate and their guests will pay the current non-houseguest rate unless staying at a Boyne USA owned and/or managed facility. - Non-Houseguest Tee Time Policy
Guests not staying at a Boyne USA Resort are allowed to book reservations any time during the current calendar year with the following condition; groups of 16, (4) tee times must have authorization from the Reservations Manager, and/or Golf Professional/ Director of Golf of that facility. Rates are to be determined by the current Rate Calendar. - Houseguest Tee Times Policy
Guests with a confirmed reservation at Boyne owned or managed facilities may book tee times any time. The rate will follow the current houseguest rate schedule - Employee Tee Time Policy
Employees may only make advance tee time reservations if playing with paying guest and will follow the non-houseguest tee time policy. All other tee times must be made the day of play by calling the appropriate Golf Shop and confirming with the Golf Professional prior to play.
Dress Code Policy
Appropriate golf attire is required for all players. It is the responsibility of the golf staff to strictly abide by the guidelines set forth. We ask for your help in following and enforcing these guidelines.
Gentlemen
- Acceptable - Shirts with collars and sleeves, mock/turtlenecks, slacks, golf warm-ups, rain gear and golf shorts up to four inches above the knees are considered appropriate attire.
- Not Acceptable - Tank tops, t-shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, jams, sweat pants, jeans, bathing suits, tennis shorts or other athletic shorts no more than 4 inches above the knees are not permitted.
Ladies
- Acceptable - Dresses, skirts, slacks, golf warm-ups, rain gear, golf shorts and blouses are considered appropriate attire.
- Not Acceptable - Halter tops, t-shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, bathing suits, sweat pants, jeans, tennis dresses or athletic shorts are not permitted.
Shoes
- Acceptable - Appropriate golf shoes or approved athletic/dress shoes are required on the golf course and practice areas.
- Not Acceptable - The use of shoes other than golf shoes must be approved by the golf staff. Football spikes, baseball/softball spikes and metal/ceramic golf spikes are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
All guests are held responsible for their reserved tee times. Cancellation policy, and penalty for non cancelled tee times as follows:
Non House Guests, House Guests and Social Members
- Outside of 48 hours, guest will incur no penalties.
- Outside of 24 hours, yet inside the 48 hours, Guest will be charged 50% of the going current reserved times rates.
- Inside 24 hours, Guest is responsible for 100% of current reserved times, rates.
Members - Country Club of Boyne & Bay Harbor Golf Club
- Members are required to cancel tee times inside of 24 hours
- 1st offense, member will receive a letter from the Advisory Board, reporting their breach.
- 2nd offense, member shall incur cost of four (4) cart fees per tee time at the respected facility.
- 3rd offense, member shall incur cost of four (4) member guest fees per tee time.
* A credit card number must accompany all Non-Houseguest times. Fees will not be applied to any credit card prior to arrival, and shall only be used in the event of a no show.
* Tee times shall be booked in groups of four (4). Please pair all singles and/or twosomes with other like reservations to complete a foursome. Pairings should be within 1 hour of requested reservation.
Rain Check Policy
Rain checks will be worth $60 per course ($78 premium). Pros will give proper credit, based on the number of holes played.
- One round per day is guaranteed on the unlimited golf package.
- If Boyne closes the course prior to play, a non-golfer credit or rain check will be given, it's the guests choice.
- If Boyne makes the guest leave during play, due to storm, only a rain check will be given.
- If the guest leaves the course during play, not forced upon by Boyne, only a rain check is given.
- If the guest wakes up in the morning and decides they don't want to play, but we're open, no refund offered.
- Rain checks are done in monetary amounts, and do not expire. They can be used toward golf at any course, even Bay Harbor, but they must pay the difference on any course, including the original course that gave the rain check, if the amount of play is more.
