Check-in and check-out for The Inn, Cottages at Crooked Tree and Lakeside Cottages takes place at The Inn at Bay Harbor . Credit card imprint required for check-in.  Express check-out is available.  Debit cards are not encouraged due to checking account holds.   Late check-out must be approved by the Guest Services.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies:  

A deposit of one night’s room rental or $100 per person for package reservations is required to confirm your reservation.   Failure to arrive on a confirmed reservation date will result in forfeiture of the total deposit amount.  Cancellations received seven (7) or more days prior to your arrival date will allow a refund of your deposit minus a $10 administrative fee. Cancellations received within seven (7) days of arrival require forfeiture of the entire deposit.  Cancellation of your lodging accommodations will also result in the automatic cancellation of any tee times booked in conjunction with those accommodations.  Special event cancellation policies may exist, please ask your reservationist.

Housekeeping:

All hotel rooms receive daily housekeeping services.

Boyne Highlands:

• Heather Highlands Inn, Ross Cottages, Alpine Village, townhouses & houses do not receive daily housekeeping service.
  

Boyne Mountain:

• Mountain Villa, Village at Disciples Ridge, Deer Lake Villa & Mountain Log Cabin units do not receive daily housekeeping services.
  

Cottages at Bay Harbor:

• Lakeside Cottages receive daily towels and trash service and Crooked Tree Cottages do not receive daily service housekeeping service may be arranged based on availability.

Complete housekeeping services may be arranged prior to your arrival for an additional fee and are based on availability of attendants.

Package Pricing:

All packages are charged per person & are based on a minimum number of occupants varying from two (2) to eight (8) people and dependent upon the type of accommodations reserved.  A supplemental charge will be assessed in the event that this criterion is not met.  If the number of guests in your unit changes, please notify a reservations agent prior to arrival to confirm your revised package price.

Golf Packages, Tee Times & Additional Charges:

Greens fee surcharges or twilight rates are not included in your package price and you will be required to sign for additional at the pro shop before your scheduled tee time.  Your tee time schedule and charges accompany your written conformation letter.  Please verify all information immediately when you receive it.  All courses enforce a dress code including collared shirts with sleeves and walking shorts or dress slacks.  Jeans and cut off pants are not allowed.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed in select accommodations at Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain.  Please call Central Reservations at 800.462.6963 to reserve pet friendly accommodations.  Boarding kennels are located within 20 minutes of all three resorts.  See Pet Policy.

Snowmobile Policy:

Michigan state law prohibits operation of private snowmobiles on resort property.
Please phone reservations for information about area trail access & to arrange special parking.
