Maybe curling up and reading your favorite book? Sitting at the beach and digging your toes in the sand? Preparing a healthy and locally grown meal for your family? Share with us how you keep yourself in balance and feeling GREAT!
Beginning Monday, July 5th through Friday, July 30th, we will choose a winner every Friday from the entries that week. The winner will receive a gift certificate of your choice of 2 ALL New Rituals at The Spa.

The Spa at The Inn at Bay Harbor offers yoga in the most spectacular setting. Classes are open to all levels and include Hatha Yoga with Iyengar, Kripalu, and Anusara influences. 75 minutes.
Wednesday - 6pm
Saturdays - 12pm
To attend, check in and meet at The Spa.
$12 per class or $50 for five classes.
Due to the nature of our outdoor class, it is weather permitting.
The Spa at The Inn at Bay Harbor is proud to participate in D'Art For Art, Crooked Tree Arts Center's largest fundraiser of the year on July 15, 2010.
It is one of the premier events in northern Michigan, the location changes often and it is not your typical fundraising party.
What is D'Art? D'ART is a game we play where everyone is a winner. Guests at the event are able to "d'art" for their choice of over 200 original pieces of work created by artists of local, regional and national acclaim. Each couple or individual reservation will leave with an original work of art!
Proceeds from D'Art for Art benefit the arts center's year round programs including exhibitions, concerts, classes, school tours, dance, scholarships and so much more.
