Spa Facility Usage – Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, fitness room, and relaxation lounge are available for spa guests with treatments. 
24-hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment or will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Gift Cards:  To order a customized spa gift card, please call 231-526-3846.
Group Events:  It would be our pleasure to host a private spa event or special occasion, please call, 231-549-7948.
Spa Etiquette: To ensure a serene environment, please turn cell phones and pagers off before arrival to preserve the tranquility of your spa experience. Smoking is not permitted.
Gratuities: A 15% spa gratuity and 5% service fee will be added to all treatments. Individual gratuities to your service provider for superior performance are always very much appreciated.
