  • Yoga - Basic Hatha Yoga with Anusara and Kripalu influence.   All levels welcome.
  • Gentle Yoga - Emphasis on mind & body connection.
  • Introduction to Free Weights - Learn the proper usage of free weights with an upper body emphasis.  This class is a perfect warm-up before Aqua Aerobics
  • Aqua Aerobics - Increase aerobic fitness levels, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
  • Power Body Blast - Power-ball warm-up, low impact cardio with strength / weight finish.
  • Mat Pilates - Correcting form and movement.
