What are the times for the Zipline Adventure Tour?
During the fall, Zipline Adventure Tours are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - Sunday at 9am, 12pm, and 3pm. Reservations are required. Walk-ins are welcome on a space available basis, but reservations are the only way to guaranee your space.
What are the times for the Twin Zip?
For the fall season, The Twin Zip is open Friday & Saturday from 1-6pm and Sunday from 10am-3pm. No reservations are required to ride the Twin Zip.
What is the cost of the Zipline Adventure Tour?
$59 per person.
What is the cost of the Twin Zip?
$20 per person for two trips down the longest line (780 feet), which goes over the pond.
What time should we arrive at the Adventure Center to check-in for the tour?
Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure of their scheduled tour.
Hiking boots and athletic shoes are recommended for riders; open toed shoes, sandals and bare feet are not allowed.
There is no set dress code, however, the ziplines will operate in almost every weather condition and the weather can change quickly. Please check the local forecast and dress appropriately.
What are the height restrictions?
Riders must be at least 3 feet tall to ride the ziplines.
What are the weight restrictions?
The minimum weight for riders is 60 lbs. The maximum weight is 275 lbs.
Do the ziplines run in the rain or snow?
The Zipline Adventure Tour will not cancel due to rain or snow. However, a tour maybe suspended due to thunder, lightning, high winds or other unsafe conditions at our discretion.
What is the cancellation policy?
The Zipline Adventure Tour has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Full charge will be made for no-shows or if cancelled within 24 hours of your ride time. Late arrivals will not be refunded or issued vouchers and will not be able to join the group.
