Hemlock

Friday, November 20 - A chilly October filled us with anticipation. And like most of the U.S., we've experienced unseasonably warm temperatures in Northern Michigan so far this November. Forecasters expect a cold front to move down from Canada around the Thanksgiving holidays, bringing the possibility of snow and snowmaking temperatures.

The Boyne Mountain snowmaking crew is anxiously awaiting these colder temperatures and can't wait to fire up our fleet of proprietary BOYNE Low_E Fan Guns. We stand ready to begin making snow as soon as the temperatures allow and assure you we'll have lifts spinning as soon as possible. Updates will be posted to this conditions page so please check back for details. Most importantly, THINK SNOW!
