Sparkle returns to the Inn at Bay Harbor with even more to offer sparkling wine enthusiasts! This year's event has been expanded and enhanced beginning with Friday night's sparkling wine cocktail reception and light hors d'oeuvres. There will be even more wineries offering tastes of their sparkling vintages and Michigan wine makers on hand all weekend sharing their knowledge of these specialty wines.
The fun continues Saturday afternoon with a Flavor Profile presentation. Learn how food pairings can profoundly enhance or diminish the flavor and taste of sparkling wine, as Bill Borre leads you through the tasting process.
Use the knowledge gained during Saturday's educational session to experience a marvelous five-course sparkling wine dinner hosted by Larry Mawby from L. Mawby Winery of Suttons Bay.
