Team members immediately receive great benefits like a 40% discount on food and beverages in our restaurants, a 30% discount on spa services Sunday - Thursday, and a $5 golf pass for the entire summer, and a $5 skiing pass for the entire winter. Eligible team members may also earn paid time off (PTO), enroll in CIGNA medical insurance, as well as dental, vision, life, AFLAC, and Flex coverage. Boyne Highlands also offers a 401(k) program, and part or full-time tuition reimbursement. We have company sponsored short and long-term disability options, and a leave sharing program that allows team members to both donate and receive paid time off to and from fellow team members. Boyne Highlands Resort offers limited housing on a temporary basis to individuals 18 years of age or older when available.
BOYNE has partnered with the local chapter of United Way to make it quick and easy to donate to many of our local charities, including a payroll deduction option. United Way also accepts donations of volunteer time, providing multiple options for giving back to the community.
