Biketemberfest Fall Frenzy Weekend just keeps getting better!
Last year's "Boyne Highlands to Bay Harbor" ride received rave reviews with incredible vistas for both a short or longer afternoon ride. Adventure packages options offer discounted fall golf packages, twin ziplines and river rafting. A little more intimate than the spring Zoo-de-Mack ride (800 vs. 4,000) this is a relaxed and intimate weekend getaway that also has socializing and night life including a mountaintop happy hour, bonfire & more! Friday and Saturday nights include live bands in the Slopeside Lounge.
"Highlands to the Harbor" Bike Ride
This incredible ride on Saturday is approximately 30 miles in length, starting and ending at Boyne Highlands Resort. We will ride the spectacular Little Traverse Wheelway along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. We start out with a few rolling forested miles as we leave Boyne Highlands and travel to the Little Traverse Wheelway. Once we pick up the paved bike path, the terrain is level following a centuries old railroad grade. We will stop for a lunch at our turnaround point in the Village of Bay Harbor to have a leisurely group lunch and then take in more of the same spectacular sights in the reverse journey back to Boyne Highlands. This is not a race! Instead it's a collection of outdoor enthusiasts who want to enjoy a little physical exercise together in one of the most beautiful areas in the state of Michigan .
Mountaintop Happy Hour
A Saturday early evening chairlift ride to the top of Boyne Highlands to partake in a "happy hour" featuring your favorite libations, an acoustical guitarist and incredible views of Lake Michigan. Picture yourself at the top of Boyne Highlands on a perfect fall late afternoon sipping a cocktail and listening to great acoustical music, all while surrounded by 800 new friends! Would you rather be anywhere else?
Friday & Saturday Night Parties
The Slopeside Lounge at Boyne Highlands will feature the Jeff Fitzgerald band on both Friday & Saturday nights.◂ Return to Events Calendar
