Boyne Highlands Wine Tour

Northern Michigan is known for beauty, an abundance of locally grown produce, and WINERIES! Why not partake in a wine tour right from Boyne Highlands? We are now offering wine tours for our hotel guests and the public. Let us shuttle you around in style as you go from winery to winery, allowing your taste-buds to explore the finest wines in northern Michigan. Three stops will be made on this tour:

Pond Hill Farm: Home to numerous delights such as - Harbor Springs Vineyard and Winery, The Garden Café with farm-to-table meals, Tunnel Vision Brewery, and much more!

Petoskey Farms: Spend an afternoon tasting local Michigan wines while overlooking their 22-acre property of rolling hills, scenic farms, beautiful countryside, and acres of vineyards! 

Rudbeckia Farm: Relax and enjoy the 100-year-old, 190-acre farm nestled between Lake Michigan and Walloon Lake. Sip on the some of the finest wines in northern Michigan and explore creative beer options from their onsite brewery Burnt Marshmallow Brewing!

Things to know:

  • Call guest services 231.526.3049 to make wine reservations.
  • There is a 6-person minimum and ten-person maximum. 
  • Cost is $40 for hotel guests and $50 for the public. 
  • 48 hours' advance notice is required to book the tour. However, we will always do our best to accommodate anything in a shorter time frame. 
  • We provide transportation to the wineries. It is up to guests to purchase the tastings once they arrive. 
  • Guests will spend approximately 40 - 45 minutes at each stop. The tour takes approximately 4 hours total. 
  • Upon departing the last stop, guests will recieve a cheese/salami and crackers snack by Carmella's and a keepsake Boyne Highlands wine glass.
