Eligible team members may earn paid time off (PTO), enroll in CIGNA insurance, as well as dental, vision, life, AFLAC, and Flex coverage. Boyne Mountain also offers a 401(k) program, and part or full-time tuition reimbursement. We have company sponsored short and long-term disability options, and a leave sharing program that allows team members to both donate and receive paid time off to and from fellow team members.
Boyne Mountain offers limited housing on a temporary basis to individuals 18 years of age or older when available.
Boyne Mountain Resort offers super affordable year-round child care in the Helga Haus. The Playcare Learning Center is for children ages three months to 12 years. During the summer months, Boyne Mountain Resort offers Fritz's Adventure Camp enhancement for children ages 3 - 12. Rates based on team member pay rate.
BOYNE has partnered with the local chapter of United Way to make it quick and easy to donate to many of our local charities, including a payroll deduction option. United Way also accepts donations of volunteer time, providing multiple options for giving back to the community.
