Farm-to-Table Fridays


Beach House Restaurant

We are taking your traditional Farm-to-Table dinner and adding a few twists. Instead of just taking the vegetables off the farm, we are bringing the farmers to your dinner table. Farm-to-Table Fridays is a celebration of fresh produce, local meats/fish, and local libations! So not only will we prepare your farm fresh entree in front of you, but a local brewer or vintner will be here to pour you a drink while we cook it. Each participant will also receive a Day Pass to The Spa at Boyne Mountain, valued at $35!

Farm-to-Table Friday, October 7, will feature produce from Coveyou Scenic Farm of Petoskey and wine pairings from Chateau Chantal, located on Old Mission Peninsula in Traverse City, and beers and cider from Short's Brewing Company of Bellaire.

This final Farm-to-Table Finale for the season will be held at Beach House Restaurant on Deer Lake.

Station #1

Grilled Romaine, heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella, balsamic vinegar 

Paired with Trio Reserve Bordeaux Blend

Station #2

Pan fried Perch, fried eggplant, roasted tomatillo and sweet onion puree

Paired with Chateau Chantal Pinot Grigio

Station #3

Pork tenderloin, cauliflower puree, zucchini and patty pan medley, roasted Poblano Chile sauce

Paired with Short's Space Rock

Station #4

Marinated skirt steak, roasted Yukon gold potatoes, sweet corn fingers, stout reduction

Paired with Short's Bellaire Brown
