The resort is reopening slopes this weekend for skiing and snowboarding on Saturday and Sunday, April 26 and 27, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The resort is the only ski area in Lower Michigan still offering skiers and snowboarders the chance to hit the slopes. Boyne Mountain's Winter Season Spans 5 Months and Still Going April 15, 2014 Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls kicked-off the 2013/14 winter season five months ago today, and it's still going! The resort is the only ski area in Michigan's Lower Peninsula with chairlifts still spinning this season.
