Lodging discounts:
Discounts for immediate family members and yourself begins the first of the month following 90 days.
PTO (Paid Time Off) for benefit-eligible positions.
Team Members working more than 64 hours biweekly on a regular basis are eligible to accrue PTO. After the completion of six months of employment, PTO is available for use.
Paid wellness day for benefit-eligible positions.
Team Members eligible for PTO will be granted one wellness day each calendar year.
If salaried: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AFLAC, and Flex coverage eligibility begins the first day of the month following your date of hire. Must be in a full time year round benefit eligible position.
If hourly: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AFLAC, and Flex coverage eligibility begins

401 (K)-- must be 21 years of age and work a minimum of 1,000 hours

HOURS
We employ both full and part time seasonal positions with some opportunities for internships and year round employment. Hours are based on the flow of business, so number of hours worked cannot be guaranteed.
HOUSING
BOYNE offers limited housing on a temporary basis to individuals 18 years of age or older when available. Use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco are prohibited.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY
It is the obligation and intent of BOYNE to provide and maintain a safe, healthful and productive work environment for all Team Members, therefore BOYNE is a substance free work environment. A drug/alcohol test will be conducted on any on-the-job injury or if reasonable suspicion deems a test. Refusal to submit to a requested test will result in immediate discharge.
