A dream and topographic maps led our founder, Everett Kircher to the magical Northwest corner of Michigan's Lower Peninsula.  An avid outdoorsman, he fell in love with the natural beauty and potential of this place.  He raised his family here and built something that generations of families have come to enjoy and even call home. Since those simple beginnings the Kircher family has continued to add to the litany of choices available in this winsome locale.
